L-id titla’ l-fuq livell mar-ras. (ii) Fit-tieni parti jsir is-sinjal għal DAR. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 milwi mill-għekiesi biex l-id tifforma angolu rett. Il-pala tal-id tħares ’l isfel. L-id titqiegħed fil-ġenb fil-livell tar-ras. Din il-parti kultant terġa ssir ftit iktar ’l fuq.

The sign for ROOF consists of two parts. (i) The first part is the sign for UP. This is made with one hand in the shape of 1 with palm facing outwards and the index finger pointing upwards. The hand moves up at the side to head level. (ii) The second part is the sign for HOUSE. This is made with one hand in the shape of 5 bent at the knuckles such that it forms a right angle.
