The sign for NARROW is made with both hands in the shape of 5 with the palms facing each other. The hands are held straight out from the elbows at the sides. They then move close together.
The shoulders are often held tensely and the facial expressions shows discomfort as the lips are pulled and the eyebrows wrinkle inwards and downwards.
When used as a noun, the hands are immediately placed close to each other.
