Is-sinjal għal DIJAREA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal KAKKA (ĦARA). Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ A. Id waħda tieqaf bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u bis-saba’ l-kbir maħruġ ’il barra. Is-saba’ l-kbir tal-id l-oħra jidħol fl-ewwel ponn waqt li l-pala tħares ’il barra, imbagħad joħroġ bi skoss ’l isfel. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal ARTAB. Iż-żewġ idejn jitqiegħdu fuq quddiem bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb waqt li jieħdu l-forma ta’ C bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jmissu. L-idejn jersqu lejn il-ġnub waqt li s-swaba’ jingħalqu bil-mod.
The sign for DIARRHOEA has two parts. (i) First, the sign for EXCREMENT (SHIT) is made. Both hands take the shape of A. One hand is held stationary with palm facing inwards and thumb extended. The thumb of the other hand moves into the fist of the first hand whilst the palm facing outwards, then moves out jerkily and downwards. (ii) The sign for SOFT is then made. Both hands are placed at the front with palms facing sideways whilst they take the shape of C with fingertips touching. The hands move to the side whilst the fingers close slowly.
