Is-sinjal għal DINJA jsir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 ftit imgħawweġ (jew il-forma ta’ U) bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. Is-swaba’ tal-idejn imissu jew jirkbu ftit fuq xulxin waqt li l-idejn jiffurmaw il-parti ta’ fuq ta’ ċirku quddiem l-għonq. L-idejn jitbiegħdu minn xulxin biex jiffurmaw ċirku sħiħ ’l isfel. Is-swaba’ jerġgħu jiltaqgħu u l-pala ta’ kull id tispiċċa tħares ’il fuq. Dan iċ-ċirku jirrapreżenta l-globu.
The sign for WORLD is made with two hands. The hands take the shape of 2 with palms facing downwards. The fingers of one hand are first placed over the fingers of the other hand. The fingers then move away from each other to form a circle downwards. The fingers end up in contact with each other but with the palms facing upwards. The circle represents the globe.
