Hemm żewġ sinjali jixxiebħu għal FERRA’. L-ewwel sinjal juża ż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieqaf quddiem bil-forma ta’ C bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ A bis-saba’ l-kbir maħruġ ’il barra u bil-pala tħares ’il barra. Din l-id tinżel waqt li ddur biex is-saba’ l-kbir jispiċċa jipponta lejn l-id il-wieqfa. It-tieni sinjal l-istess bħall-ewwel wieħed imma jsir b’id waħda, jiġifieri mingħajr l-id il-wieqfa.
There are two similar signs for POUR. The first sign uses both hands. One hand is held stationary at the front in the shape of C with the palm facing inwards. The other hand takes the shape of A with the thumb protruding and palm facing outwards. This hand moves down whilst it turns so that the thumb ends up pointing towards the stationary hand. The second sign is the same as the first except that it is made with only one hand, that is, without the stationary hand.
