Is-sinjal għal MIDLUK għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal ŻEJT. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ A bis-saba’ l-kbir maħruġ ’il barra u bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. Is-saba’ l-kbir idur ftit quddiem. (ii) Imbagħad, bil-pala tħares ’il barra, is-saba’ l-kbir jagħmel forma ta’ salib fuq in-nofs tal-ġbin.
The sign for ANOINTED has two parts. (i) First the sign for OIL is made. One hand takes the shape for A with the thumb extended and the palm facing downwards. The thumb rotates a little at the front. (ii) Then, with palm facing outwards, the thumb forms the sign of a cross in the middle of the forehead.
