Hemm żewġ sinjali għal IN-NOFSINHAR. L-ewwel sinjal isir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ ponn jew ta’ S bil-pala tħares ’il barra. L-id tinżel dritt ’l isfel mil-livell tar-ras.
It-tieni sinjal isir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ 1 rasu ’l isfel, bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u ponta tal-werrej tħares lejn l-art. L-id tinżel dritt darba mill-livell tal-ispalla s’isfel nett.
There are two signs for SOUTH. The first sign is made with one hand in the shape of a fist or of S with the palm facing outwards. The hand moves straight down from head level.
The second sign is made with one hand in the shape of 1 turned over such that the palm faces inwards and the index finger points to the ground. The hand moves once from shoulder level downwards as far as possible.
