Is-sinjal għal PALK għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 magħluq bil-pala tħares ’l isfel u jimxu minn-nofs għall-ġenb imbagħad jinżlu dritt ’l isfel f’angolu rett. (i) Għat-tieni parti l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ L bis-saba’ l-kbir u l-werrej ftit ikkurvati. Jiltaqgħu (jew kważi) ’l fuq mir-ras, bil-pala tħares ’il barra u jimxu f’kurva ’l isfel u lejn il-ġnub darbtejn, it-tieni darba iktar imbegħdin imbagħad ikomplu neżlin dritt fil-ġnub.

The sign for STAGE has two parts. (i) First, both hands take the shape of closed 5 with palms facing downwards. The hands move from the middle to the side and then move down a little in a right angle and the palms face each other. (ii) Next, the hands take the shape of L with the thumb and index finger slightly curved. The thumbs meet (or almost) over the head with the palms facing outwards. The hands then move in a curved line down and towards the sides twice. The second time round the hands are further away from each other. Then the hands move straight down at the side.
