The sign for QUEER is the same as that for LGBTQA+. It is made with both hands. One hand is held stationary at the front in the shape of 1 with palm facing diagonally downwards and index finger pointing upwards. The other hand takes the shape of B with fingers apart and palm facing inwards and moves in a curved line from in front of the stationary index finger upwards towards the side at a higher level than the shoulder. The difference from the sign for LGBTQA+ is that the lips make an emphatic movement for the word QUEER.
