Hemm żewġ sinjali differenti għal REFA’. L-ewwel sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn forma ta’ 5 kemm kemm ikkurvata u bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. L-idejn jintrefgħu ’l fuq waqt li l-ispalel jogħlew ftit ukoll qisu bl-isforz. It-tieni sinjal isir bl-idejn forma ta’5 kemm kemm ikkurvata u bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra ftit ’il bogħad minn xulxin quddiem spalla waħda waqt li l-ispalla togħla u tmil kemm kemm qisu bit-toqol.

There are two different signs for LIFT. The first sign is made with both hands in the shape of slightly curved 5 with palms facing upwards. The hands are lifted upwards whilst the shoulders are also lifted a little as though with the effort. The second sign is made with both hands also in the shape of slightly curved 5 with palms facing each other in front of one shoulder which is raised and leans slightly as though through the weight.
