Is-sinjal għal RKOTTA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal ĦALIB. Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn li jagħfas billi jinfetaħ u jingħalaq waqt li id titla’ u l-id l-oħra tinżel. (ii) Imbagħad l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ C bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra u jitqiegħdu quddiem ftit ’il bogħod minn xulxin.
The sign for for RIKOTTA has two parts. (i) First, the sign for MILK is made with both hands that take the shape of a fist which makes a squeezing movement by opening and closing whilst one hand moves upwards and the other downwards. (ii) Then both hands take the shape of C with palms facing each other and they are placed at the front a little away from each other.
