Hemm żewġ sinjali differenti għal STERLINA. L-ewwel sinjal isir b’id waħda wieqfa fuq quddiem forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il fuq. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ P u tinżel sakemm il-werrej jolqot il-pala tal-id il-wieqfa. It-tieni sinjal għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal FLUS. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ T u s-saba’ l-kbir u l-werrej jogħrku lil xulxin. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal INGILTERRA b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ L u titqiegħed madwar il-geddum. Is-saba’ l-kbir imiss naħa u l-werrej imiss in-naħa l-oħra tal-geddum.

There are two different signs for STERLING. The first sign is made with one hand held stationary in the shape of 5 with palm facing upwards whilst the other hand takes the shape of P and moves down until the index finger hits the palm of the stationary hand. The second sign has two parts. (i) First the sign for MONEY is made. One hand takes the shape of T and the thumb and index finger rub each other. (ii) Then the sign for ENGLAND is made with one hand in the shape of L. The hand is placed along the chin with the thumb on one side and the index finger on the other side of the chin.
