Is-sinjal għal VULKAN isir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 miftuħa bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id l-oħra tifforma ponn fuq in-naħa ta’ ġewwa tal-id l-oħra bil-pala ’il ġewwa ukoll. Din l-id titla’ f’daqqa waħda waqt li l-ponn jinfetaħ u s-swaba’ jistiraw dritt ’l fuq waqt li l-ewwel id tiżżerżaq ’l isfel mill-polz tat-tieni id sal-minkeb.

Varjazzjoni tas-sinjal għal VULKAN isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu il-forma ta’ 5 miftuħ. Id waħda titqiegħed mimduda quddiem. L-id l-oħra tgħaddi iktar ’il ġewwa minn l-ewwel id, titla’ minn fuqha u tinżel minn quddiemha waqt li s-swaba’ jistiraw ’l isfel.

The sign for VOLCANO is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of open 5 with palm facing inwards. The other hand forms a fist with palm facing inwards on the inside of the first hand. This second hand suddenly moves up, the palm opens and the fingers stretch straight up whilst the first hand slides down from the wrist to the elbow of the second hand.

A variation of the sign for VOLCANO is made with both hands that take the shape of open 5. One hand lies at the front. The other hand passes from behind, climbs over and downwards from in front of the stationary hand. The fingers stretch downwards.
