Is-sinjal għal ABORTA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal imqassar għal TARBIJA biż-żewġ idejn forma ta’ 5 laxka. Il-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. Pala ta’ id titqiegħed fuq il-pala ta’ l-id l-ohra u jbennu darbtejn. (ii) Imbagħad id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 kkurvata bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u timxi malajr minn quddiem l-istonku ’l barra waqt li l-ponot tas-swaba’ joqorbu lejn xulxin bħallikieku qed jiġbdu xi ħaġa.
The sign for ABORT has two parts. (i) First the shortened sign for BABY is made. Both hands take the shape of loose 5. The palms face inwards. The palm of one hand is placed over the palm of the other hand at below waist level and rock gently twice. (ii) Then one hand takes the shape of curved 5 with the palm facing inwards. The hand moves from in front of the stomach outwards whilst the fingertips move closer as though pulling something out.
