Hemm żewġ sinjali għal AMBARAZZAT(A). L-ewwel sinjal għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 miftuħa u titqiegħed ’l isfel mill-għonq waqt li l-ispalel jogħlew ftit u jinġibdu ’l ġewwa waqt li l-għajnejn ikunu miftuħin beraħ u jħarsu lejn il-ġenb. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal ta’ MISTĦIJA. L-id tintlewa mill-għekiesi u d-dwiefer jitilgħu bil-mod imellsu l-ħadd. It-tieni sinjal jixbaħ l-ewwel wieħed imma l-ewwel parti ssir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieqaf waqt li l-oħra titqiegħed iktar ’il fuq u titla’ u tinżel kemm kemm. It-tieni parti l-istess bħal tal-ewwel sinjal, jiġifieri, jsir is-sinal għal MISTĦIJA.
There are two signs for EMBARRASSED. The first sign has two parts. (i) First, one hand takes the shape of open 5 and is placed below the neck whilst the shoulders are raised and pulled back a little and the eyes are wide open and look to the side. (ii) Then the side for SHY is made. The hand is bent at the knuckles and the fingernails stroke the cheek upwards. The second sign resembles the first but is made with both hands. One hand is held stationary whilst the other is placed above it and it moves up and down a little. The second part is like that for the first sign, i.e. the sign for SHY is made.
