Hemm żewġ sinjali jixxiebħu għal APPREZZATTIV(A). L-ewwel sinjal għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 miftuħa bis-swaba’ separati u jitqiegħdu fuq is-sider id iktar ’il fuq mill-oħra waqt li jew jiċċaqilqu ftit jew jiċċaqilqu l-ispallel. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal GRAZZI. L-idejn jitqiegħdu bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u bil-ponot tas-swaba’ imissu l-geddum jew kważi. L-idejn jimxu ’il barra u ’l isfel. It-tieni sinjal ukoll għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda forma ta’ 5 miftuħa bis-swaba’ separati tmiss is-sider ħafif ħafif. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal GRAZZI bħal fl-ewwel sinjal.
There are two similar signs for APPRECIATIVE. The first sign has two parts. (i) First the hands take the shape of open 5 with fingers apart. The hands are placed over the chest, one hand higher up than the other whilst they or the shoulders move very slightly. (ii) Then the sign for THANK YOU is made. The hands are placed with palms facing inwards and fingertips touching, or almost touching, the chin. The hand move outwards and downwards. The second sign also has two parts. (i) First, one hand takes the shape of open 5 with fingers apart and brushes against the upper chest very lightly. (ii) Then the sign for THANK YOU is made as in the first sign.
