The sign for ATHLETE is made with both hands in the shape of A with palms facing. The hands rotate in opposite directions in the same place.
A variant of this sign resembles that for RUN. Both hands take the shape of A with palms facing each other. The hands and arms rotate like a wheel, upwards and forwards then downwards and backwards.
