Hemm żewġ sinjali għal BBILANĊJA. L-ewwel sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn forma ta’ 5 miftuħa bil-pala tħares ’il fuq ’il barra mill-ġenb. L-idejn jitilgħu u jinżlu kontra xulxin. It-tieni sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. L-idejn jimxu f’linja dritta orizzontali min-nofs għall-ġnub. Meta jaslu fil-ġnub l-idejn jitilgħu u jinżlu kontra xulxin.
There are two signs for BALANCE. The first sign is made with both hands in the shape of open 5 with the palms facing upwards beyond the side. The hands move up and down alternately. The second sign is made with both hands in the form of 5 with the palms facing downwards. The hands move in a straight horizontal line from the centre to the sides. When they get to the sides they move up and down alternately.
