Is-sinjal għal BETTIEĦA isir biż-żewġ idejn bis-saba’ l-kbir imiss is-swaba’ l-oħra u bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. L-idejn jiltaqgħu, jew kważi, quddiem il-ħalq u jimxu lejn il-ġenb f’linja ikkurvata ’l fuq madwar il-parti t’isfel tal-wiċċ. Ara ukoll is-sinjal għal DULLIEGĦ(A).
The sign for MELON is made with both hands and with the thumb touching the other fingers and with palm facing downwards. The hands meet or almost meet in front of the mouth and move to the side in a curved line around the lower part of the face. See also the sign for WATER MELON(S).
