Is-sinjal għal BMX għandu żewġ partijiet. L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal ROTA biż-żewġ idejn. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn fuq quddiem u jduru ’l isfel u lura imbagħad ’l fuq kontra xulxin, jiġifieri waqt li id tkun iddur lura l-oħra tkun waslet ’il quddiem. The sign for BMX has two parts. First, the sign for BICYCLE is made with both hands in the shape of a fist at the front. The hands rotate forward, down, back and up in opposite directions such that when one hand is moving back the other is moving forward. Then, one hand with palm facing inwards and with the three first fingers extended outwards and apart, rises and moves down in a curved line as it moves towards the side.
