Hemm żewġ sinjali għal BUGĦAWWIEĠ. L-ewwel sinjal magħmul minn żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel parti ssir billi id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 kkurvata u bis-swaba’ mifrudin u titqiegħed malajr fuq id-driegħ l-ieħor. (ii) It-tieni parti ssir biż-żewġ idejn bl-istess forma ta’ 5 kkurvata u bis-swaba’ mifrudin, bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn il-pala tal-id l-oħra bi ftit distanza apparti fuq xulxin. L-idejn iduru b’tensjoni kontra xulxin qishom qed jagħsru u fl-istess ħin jinġibdu lejn il-ġnub. It-tieni sinjal ukoll magħmul minn żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel parti bħal dik tal-ewwel sinjal. (ii) It-tieni parti ssir billi ż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn u jinġibdu b’tensjoni min-nofs bis-saħħa u malajr lejn il-ġnub.
There are two signs for CRAMP. The first sign is made up of two parts. (i) The first part is made with one hand in the shape of curved 5 with fingers apart. The hand is placed quickly on the other arm. (ii) The second part is made with both hands in the same shape of curved 5 with fingers apart and with palms facing each other a little distance over each other. The hands rotate tensely against each other as though wringing and at the same time they are pulled towards the sides. The second sign is also made up of two parts. (i) The first part is the same as that for the first sign. (ii) The second part is made with both hands in the shape of a fist. The hands are pulled tensely and quickly away from the middle to the sides.
