Is-sinjal għal CHAIRPERSON magħmul minn żewġ partijiet. (i) Fl-ewwel parti jsir is-sinjal għal PERSUNA. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ Ċ magħluqa bil-pala tħares ’il barra. L-id tinżel dritt ’l isfel fil-ġenb. (ii) Għat-tieni parti jsir is-sinjal għal SIĠĠU. Iż-żewġ idejn jiffurmaw ponn u jinżlu ftit darbtejn qishom joqomsu fuq id-driegħ ta’ xi pultruna.
The sign for CHAIRPERSON consists of two parts. (i) In the first part the sign for PERSON is made. One hand takes the shape of closed C with palm facing outwards. The hand moves straight down at the side. (ii) The second part is the sign for CHAIR. Both hands form a fist and move down twice as though getting comfortable on the arms of an easy chair.
