Is-sinjal għal CINEMA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) Fl-ewwel parti jsir is-sinjal għal STABBILIMENT. Dan is-sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l- forma ta’ 1 bil-pala tal-id tħares ’il barra. Il-werrej ta’ id imiss mal-werrej tal-id l-oħra livell mal-wiċċ. L-idejn jitbiegħdu laġenba u ’l isfel u jiffurmaw linja b’angolu rett. Din il-parti tas-sinjal ġieli titħalla barra. (ii) It-tieni part issir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 u titwaqqaf bil-pala laġenba quddiem il-ġenb tal-wiċċ. The sign for CINEMA consists of two parts. (i) First, the sign for ESTABLISHMENT is made with both hands in the shape of 1 with palms facing outwards. The index fingers touch at head level and then move away to the side and then downwards to form right angles. This part is often omitted. (ii) The second part is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of 5 and stands palm sideways in front of the side of the face. The other hand, palm sideways, takes the shape of X with the index finger touching the thumb. The hand rotates forward, downwards and back close to the stationary hand as though winding a film around the spool.
