Is-sinjal għal IDDIŻAPPUNTA għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, is-saba’ l-kbir u l-werrej ta’ id waħda jikkurvaw waqt li s-swaba’ l-oħra jingħalqu bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. L-id tieħu żewġ skossi ’l isfel u l-imnieħer jitla’ ’l fuq u l-ħuġbejn jinżlu ’l isfel. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal SOGĦBA b’id waħda li tingħalaq f’ponn u ddur quddiem is-sider bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa.
The sign for DISAPPOINT has two parts. (i) First, the thumb and index finger of one hand curve whilst the other fingers close in with the palm facing downwards. The hand makes two jerky movements downwards and the nose creases upwards whilst the eyebrows move downwards. (ii) Then the sign for SORRY is made with one hand that closes into a fist and moves round in front of the chest with palm facing inwards.
