Is-sinjal għal DISTANZA jsir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ D bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra. L-idejn jimxu minn punt qrib xulxin fejn id tmiss l-oħra mill-għekiesi u jaslu lejn il-ġnub. Ġieli id waħda timxi iktar mill-oħra.

The sign for DISTANCE is made with both hands in the shape of D with palms facing each other. The hands meet at the knuckles and then move away from each other to the sides. One hand may move a greater distance than the other.
