Is-sinjal għal ENĠINIER isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 mgħawweġ u miftuħ. Jibdew ftit ’il bogħod minn xulxin bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra, imbagħad jduru fuqhom infushom biex il-pala tiġi tħares ’il ġewwa u jersqu lejn xulxin, is-swaba jillaxkaw u jinfetħu. L-idejn jiltaqgħu u s-swaba jirkbu bejn xulxin waqt li jinżlu ’l isfel.
The sign for ENGINEER is made with both hands in the shape of open, clawed 5. They start a little apart with palms facing, then rotate over themselves so that the palms face inwards as they move towards each other and they meet so that the fingers move between each other as the hands open up more loosely as the hands move down.

ENT (EAR NOSE AND THROAT SPECIALIST)
The sign for ENT has three parts. (i) First, the sign for DOCTOR is made. One hand lies at the front with palm facing downwards whilst the other hand takes the shape of U and the two fingers press lightly on the wrist of the stationary arm. (ii) Then one hand takes the shape of 1 and the index finger touches the ear. (iii) Finally, the index finger touches the side of the nose.
