Is-sinjal għal FORESTA isir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 laxka u timtedd orizzontali mill-minkeb bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 miftuħa bis-swaba’ jferfru u titwaqqaf mill-minkeb fuq l-id l-oħra bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id il-wieqfa timxi kemm tista’ mill-minkeb fuq jew tul id-driegħ l-ieħor u fl-istess ħin s-swaba’ jkomplu jferfru matul il-mixja. Dan il-moviment qisu jirreferi għal ħafna siġar.
The sign for FOREST is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of loose 5 and lies horizontally from the elbow with palm facing inwards. The other hand takes the shape of open 5 with fluttering fingers and stands upright by the elbow on the other hand with palm facing inwards. The upright hand moves from the elbow as far as possible along or over the stationary arm whilst the fingers continue to flutter throughout the ‘walk’. This movement refers to several trees.
