Is-sinjal għal GRAT(A) għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u tteptep ftit fuq is-sider. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal GRAZZI. L-id tersaq quddiem ix-xufftejn bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u tinżel ’l isfel lejn l-id l-oħra ukoll forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il fuq.
The sign for GRATEFUL has two parts. (i) The first part is made with one hand in the shape of 5 with palm facing inwards. The hand taps gently on the chest. (ii) Then the sign for THANK YOU is made. One hand moves just in front of the lips with the palm facing inwards. The hand then moves down towards the other hand also in the shape of 5 with palm facing upwards.
