L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bis-swaba’ stirati u mifrudin minn xulxin. Din l-id titqiegħed fuq il-ponta tal-werrej tal-id il-wieqfa. L-id forma ta’ 5 tterter waqt li l-pala tibqa’ tistrieħ fuq il-werrej. Is-sinjal l-ieħor isir b’id waħda li titqiegħed fuq il-livell tar-ras u li tieħu l-forma ta’ 1 bil-werrej iħares dritt ’il fuq. There are two signs for HELICOPTER. The most recent sign is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of 1 and is held stationary in front of the other shoulder with palm facing inwards. The other hand takes the shape of 5 with fingers stretched out apart from each other. This hand is placed over the fingertip of the index finger of the stationary hand. The 5 hand flutters whilst the palm remains over the index finger. The older sign is made with one hand at head level and in the shape of 1 with the index finger pointing upwards. The index finger rotates on the horizontal plane with only minimal movement of the arm. This reminds one of the rotating rotor blades of the helicopter.
