Hemm żewġ sinjali għal FURJANA. L-ewwel sinjal isir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 mgħawweġ bil-pala ta’ l-id tħares ’l isfel. L-id titqiegħed f’xi tlett punti differenti jew iktar quddiem is-sider mingħajr ma tibdel il-forma. L-ewwel punt ikun ’l quddiem, it-tieni ftit lura u t-tielet jerġa ftit ’il quddiem. Dan ifakkar fil-fosos tal-Furjana.
It-tieni sinjal għandu parti oħra qabel. L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal F. Il-pala ta’ l-id tista’ tħares ’il barra jew lejn il-ġenb.
There are two signs for FLORIANA. The first sign is made with one hand that takes the shape of clawed 5 with the palm facing downwards. The hand is placed in this same shape in three or more places in front of the chest. The first place is forward, the second back and the third forward again. This reminds one of the Floriana granaries.
The second sign has an additional preceding part. The first part is the sign for the letter F. The palm often faces outwards or to the side.
