There are two very similar signs for DISORGANISED which can be considered as the same. The first sign is made with both hands in the shape of open 5 with the palm facing inwards. The hands rotate around the face three or more times. The eyes look up and around. The second sign is also made with both hands in the shape of open 5 but with the palms facing downwards. The hands rotate at the side of the head three or more times. The face frowns.
