Hemm żewġ sinjali għal INDIPENDENTI. L-ewwel sinjal għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 miftuħa bil-pala tħares ’il barra. L-idejn iduru orizzontalment min-nofs lejn barra biex il-pala tispiċċa tħares ’il ġewwa. (ii) Imbagħad, id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 1 u bil-pala tħares laġenba l-werrej jitqiegħed livell tal-għonq. It-tieni sinjal bħat-tieni parti tal-ewwel sinjal imma l-id tagħti żewġ daqqiet ħfief bil-ġenb tal-id.
There are two signs for INDEPENDENT. The first sign has two parts. (i) First both hands take the shape of open 5 with palms facing outwards. The hand move round from the centre outwards to end up with the palms facing inwards. (ii) Then one hand in the shape of 1 with palm facing sideways is placed at neck level. The second sign is like the second part of the first sign except that it taps lightly twice with the side of the hand.
