Hemm żewġ sinjali differenti għal KUMMIDJANT. L-ewwel sinjal għandu tlett partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ Ġ bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-idejn jimxi kontra xulxin quddiem il-geddum xi tlett darbiet b’id waħda ftit iktar ’l isfel mill oħra. (ii) Imbagħad id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 1 bil-pala tħares ’l isfel bil-werrej iħares ’il barra waqt li jimxi bi skoss żgħir ’il quddiem u lura qisu s-sinjal INT. (iii) Fl-aħħar isir is-sinjal għal PERSUNA. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ Ċ magħluqa bil-pala tħares ’il barra. L-id tinżel dritt ’l isfel fil-ġenb.
It-tieni sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ ponn laxk jew ta’ T u titqiegħed ftit ’l isfel mill-ħalq qisu qed iżżomm xi mikrofonu. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 magħluqa wieqfa mill-minkeb u bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb. Din l-id titbandal xi tlett darbiet ’il quddiem u lura.
There are two signs for COMEDIAN. The first sign has three parts. (i) First, both hands take the shape for Ġ with palm facing inwards. The hand move against each other in front of the chin about three times with one hand slightly lower than the other. (ii) Then one hand takes the shape of 1 with palm facing downwards and the index finger facing outwards as it makes small jerky movments backwards and forwards as in the sign for YOU. (iii) Finally, the sign for PERSON is made. One hand takes the shape of closed C with palm facing outwards. The hand moves straight down at the side.
The second sign is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of a loose fist or of T and is held a little lower than the mouth as though holding a microphone. The other hand takes the shape of closed 5 upright elbow up and with the palm facing the side. This hand swings forwards and backwards about three times.
