Is-sinjal għal LABORATORJU għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għall-ittra L. (ii) Imbagħad l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn laxk bis-saba’ l-kbir maħruġ ’il barra. L-idejn iduru biex il-pala tiġi daqqa tħares lejn il-ġenb u daqqa ’l isfel u s-swaba’ l-kbar dejjem iħarsu lejn xulxin.
The sign for LABORATORY has two parts. (i) The first part is the sign for the letter L. (ii) Then the hands take the shape of loose fists with the thumbs protruding. The hands turn so that the palm sometimes faces the side and sometimes downwards and the thumbs always face each other.
