Is-sinjal għal LUKANDA jsir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ U bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra. L-idejn jitilgħu ’l fuq minn livell ’l isfel mill-qadd sa’ livell mar-ras.
Għall-plural, l-istess sinjal jiġi repetut xi tliet darbiet, b’kull moviment ftit iktar fil-ġenb minn dak ta’ qablu.
The sign for HOTEL is made with both hands in the shape of U with palms facing each other. The hands move up from a level lower than the waist to head level.
To express plurality, the sign is repeated about three times with each movement a little further to the side than the previous one.
