Is-sinjal għal MAKTUR isir biż-żewġ idejn forma ta’ 5 bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn il-pala tal-id l-oħra. L-idejn jitqiegħdu fuq il-parti t’isfel tal-imnieħer bil-ponot tas’ swaba’ jiltaqgħu jew kważi. L-idejn jinżlu ftit ’l isfel kemm kemm imissu mal-ġnub tat-tarf tal-imnieher.
The sign for HANDKERCHIEF is made with both hands in the shape of 5 with palms facing each other. The hands are placed over the bottom part of the nose with fingertips meeting or almost. The hands move down slightly touching the sides of the end of the nose.
