There are three different signs for ASTONISHED. The first sign is made with one hand in the shape of curved L with the thumb and index finger below the chin or at the lips. The hand moves suddenly straight down onto the palm of the other hand which lies palm upwards. The eyes are wide open. The second sign is made with both hands in the shape of curved 5. The hands are placed close to each other oriented a little to the side in front of the face with palms facing inwards and tremble a little. The eyes are opened wide and the mouth is also open. The third sign is similar to the first but is made with one hand. The hand goes downwards twice.
