Is-sinjal għal MUNTANJI jsir biż-żewġ idejn forma ta’ 5. L-idejn jitilgħu lejn xulxin waqt li jduru laġenba biex pala ta’ id waħda tħares ’il ġewwa imbagħad lejn il-ġenb imbagħad ’il barra u terġa tibda waqt li l-oħra tibda ddur bil-pala tħares ’il barra u tkompli. Sadattant is-swaba’ jiltaqgħu imbagħad l-idejn jersqu lejn il-ġenb u jirrepetu l-istess movimenti ta’ qabel biex jiġu ffurmati żewġ forom ta’ V fl-arja.
The sign for MOUNTAINS is made with both hands in the shape of 5. The hands move up towards each other whilst they turn sideways so that the palm of one hand faces inwards, then to the side and then outwards and then it starts again. The other hand starts to turn with the palm facing outwards and then continues in the same way. Meanwhile the fingers meet then the hands move to the side and repeat the same movements as before so that two Vs are formed in the air.
