Is-sinjal għal NIFS isir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bis-swaba mifrudin u bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-id timxi kemm kemm ’il ġewwa u l-barra quddiem ir-ras lejn il-ġenb waqt li s-sider jogħla u jitbaxxa waqt li jieħu nifs qawwi.
The sign for BREATH is made with one hand that takes the shape of 5 with fingers apart and with palm facing inwards. The hand moves a little in and out in front of the side of the head whilst the chest moves up and down as it takes a big breath.
