Is-sinjal għal NOTEBOOK għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb u tieqaf bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jħarsu ’l fuq. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 1. Il-werrej jintlewa u jolqot xi tlett punti minn fuq s’isfel tal-id il-wieqfa.

The sign for NOTEBOOK has two parts. (i) First, one hand takes the shape of 5 with palm facing the side and is held stationary with fingertips pointing upwards. The other hand takes the shape of 1. The index finger bends and hits three points from the top to the end of the stationary hand. (ii) Then the hands take the shape of 5 and meet palm to palm in the middle. They turn over so that the palms face diagonally upwards some distance away from each other.
