Hemm żewġ sinjali differenti għal NOVEMBRU. L-ewwel sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma tan-numru 1 maġenb xulxin. Il-pala tħares ’il barra. L-idejn jimxu dritt ’l isfel. It-tieni sinjal iktar qadim. Dan juża id waħda. L-ewwel il-werrej jagħfas il-ġenb tal-imnieher, sinjal li kien jintuża fl-iskola biex it-tfal nagħmlu l-ħoss nażali n. Imbagħad l-id tinbidel fil-forma ta‘ N bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u ż-żewġt iswaba’ jinfetħu u jingħalqu xi darbtejn jew iktar.
There are two different signs for NOVEMBER. The first sign is made with both hand that take the shape of the number 1 beside each other with palm facing outwards. The hands move straight down. The second sign is older. This uses one hand. First, the index finger presses on the side of the nose, a sign that was used in school to encourage the children to produce the nasal sound n. Then, the hand changes to the shape of N with the palm facing inwards and the two fingers open and close a few times.
