Is-sinjal għal RIGA għandha żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ L kkurvata bil-pala tħares ’il-barra u jis-swaba’ tal-L jiltaqgħu fin-nofs. Imbagħad l-idejn jimxu f’linja dritta lejn il-ġenb. (ii) Id waħda tieqaf forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il barra waqt li l-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ T bis-swaba’ mifrudin. Is-saba’ l-kbir tat-T jimxi jistrieħ fuq id-driegħ il-wieqaf min-naħa tal-minkeb għal fuq is-swaba’ l-weqfin.

The sign for RULER has two parts. (i) First, the hands take the shape of curved L with the palms facing outwards and the L fingers meeting in the middle. Then the hands move in a straight line towards the sides. (ii) One hand is held stationary in the shape of 5 with palm facing outwards whilst the other hand takes the shape of T with fingers apart. The thumb forming the T rests on the stationary arm and moves along from the elbow side to the stationary fingers.
