Is-sinjal għal RWOL għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel, id waħda tieqaf forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb. L-id l-oħra, ukoll forma ta’ 5, tersaq lejn l-id il-wieqfa sakemm is-swaba’ jmissu. Imbagħad l-id tersaq lura waqt li l-id titgħawweġ biex is-swaba’ jmissu s-saba’ l-kbir. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal PERSUNA. L-id tinbidel għall-forma ta’ L kkurvata u bil-pala tħares ’il barra fil-ġenb u tinżel dritt ’l isfel mill-livell tar-ras.
The sign for ROLE has two parts. (i) First, one hand is held stationary in the shape of 5 with the palm facing the side. The other hand, also in the shape of 5, moves towards the stationary hand until the fingers meet. Then the hand moves back whilst it bends so that the fingers touch the thumb. (ii) Then the sign for PERSON is made. The hand changes to the shape of curved L with palm facing outwards at the side and moving straight downwards from head level.
