Is-sinjal għal SAGRIFIĊĊJU magħmul minn żewġ partijiet. (i) Fl-ewwel parti l-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 magħluq bil-pala tħares ’il fuq u bis-swaba’ ta’ id waħda kemm kemm imrikkbin fuq is-swaba’ tal-id l-oħra. L-idejn jogħlew flimkien għal-livell tal-ispalla waqt li jersqu ukoll fuq ġenb wieħed. L-għajnejn isegwu l-idejn waqt li r-ras iddur laġenba ukoll. (ii) Fit-tieni parti jsir is-sinjal għal ALLA. Iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ 1 bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn il-pala tal-id l-oħra. L-idejn jitqiegħdu lura fil-ġenb għola mill-ispalla. Id waħda titqiegħed iktar ’il fuq mill-oħra.
The sign for SACRIFICE consists of two parts. (i) For the first part both hands take the shape for closed 5 with the palm facing upwards and the fingers of one hand slightly over the fingers of the other hand. The hands are lifted to shoulder level whilst they move to one side. The eyes follow the hands whilst the head turns to the side. (ii) The second part is the sign for GOD. Both hands take the shape of 1 with palms facing each other. The hands are placed at the side to the back at shoulder level. One hand is placed higher up than the other.
