Is-sinjal għal SCANNER isir biż-żewġ idejn. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 magħluqa bid-driegħ mimdud u bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ A bil-pala tħares ’l isfel u timxi ftit ’il fuq mill-id wieqfa min-naħa tal-id sal-minkeb u lura xi darbtejn.
The sign for SCANNER is made with both hands. One hand takes the shape of closed 5 with the arm lying horizontally and palm facing downwards. The other hand takes the shape of A with the palm facing downwards and moves a little above the stationary hand, from the side of the hand to the elbow and back twice.
