Is-sinjal għal SEGRETARJU għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal KITEB b’id waħda li tieqaf forma ta’ 5 bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u s-swaba’ jħarsu lejn il-ġenb. L-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ T bil-pala tħares ’l isfel u tixxengel ftit ’il fuq mill-pala tal-id il-wieqfa waqt li tinżel ftit ’isfel qisu qed tikteb fuqha. (ii) Fit-tieni parti jsir is-sinjal għal PERSUNA b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ L bis-swaba’ kkurvati u bil-pala tħares ’il barra. L-id tinżel dritt ’l isfel.
The sign for SECRETARY has two parts. (i) First the sign for WRITE is made. One hand takes the shape of 5 with palm facing inwards and the fingers pointing to the side. The other hand takes the shape of T with palm facing downwards. The hand sways just over the palm of the stationary hand whist it moves down a little as though writing on it. (ii) Then the sign for PERSON is made with one hand that takes the shape of L with curved fingers and palm facing outwards. The hand moves straight downwards.
