Hemm żewġ sinjali għal SIDER. L-ewwel sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 ikkurvata u jitqiegħdu fuq is-sider bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa u l-ponot tas-swaba’ ta’ id jħarsu lejn dawk tal-id l-oħra. It-tieni sinjal isir b’id waħda forma ta’ 5 ftit milwija. Tibda livell ’l fuq mis-sider bil-pala tħares ’l isfel imbagħad tinżel ’l isfel waqt li ddur biex il-pala tiġi tħares ’il ġewwa imbagħad tispiċċa tħares ’il fuq.
There are two signs for CHEST. The first sign is made with both hands that take the shape of curved 5 and are placed over the chest with the palm facing inwards and the fingertips of one hand looking at the other hand’s. The second sign is made with one hand that takes the shape of slightly bent 5. The hand starts just above the chest with palm facing downwards and turns as it moves downwards so that the palm faces inwards and then ends up facing upwards.
