Is-sinjal għal SKOZJA jsir b’id waħda li tieħu l-forma ta’ ponn u bil-pala ta’ l-id tħares laġenba u ftit ’l isfel jew ’il ġewwa. Id-driegħ joqgħod milwi mill-minkeb waqt li joħroġ’il barra mill-ġenb imbagħad jerġa’ jidħol mal-ġenb darbtejn. Dan il-moviment ifakkar fiċ-ċirimella Skoċċiża.
The sign for SCOTLAND is made with one hand in the shape of a fist, with the palm facing sideways and slightly downwards. The arm is bent at the elbow and moves in and out from the side twice. This movement reminds one of Scottish bagpipes.
