Is-sinjal għal SMART CITY għandu żewġ partijiet li jgħaddu minn parti għall-oħra bla waqfien. (i) L-ewwel, iż-żewġ idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ S. L-idejn iħarsu lejn xulxin fin-nofs. (ii) Imbagħad jinbidlu malajr fil-forma ta’ 4 jew 5 bis-swaba’ mifrudin waqt li jduru quddiem xulxin bil-pala ta’ id waħda tħares ’il barra u l-oħra ’l ġewwa.
The sign for SMART CITY has two parts that transition smoothly into each other. (i) First, both hands take the shape of S. The hands face each other in the middle. (ii) Then they change to the shape of 4 or 5 with fingers apart whilst they change to face each other again with one palm facing outwards and the other inwards.
