Is-sinjal għal SPTAR PRIVAT għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal PRIVAT. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ B bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb. L-id itepteb darbtejn fuq il-geddum bil-ġenb tal-id u bil-ponot tas-swaba’ iħarsu ’l fuq. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal SPTAR. Id waħda tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 mgħawġa bil-ponot tas-swaba’ jmissu ’l xulxin. L-id titqiegħed l-ewwel fuq naħa imbagħad fuq in-naħa l-oħra taħt l-ispalla.
The sign for PRIVATE HOSPITAL has two parts. (i) First the sign for PRIVATE is made. One hand takes the shape of B with the palm facing the side. The hand taps twice on the chin with the side of the hand and with fingertips pointing upwards. (ii) Then, the sign for HOSPITAL is made with one hand in the shape of curved 5. The hand is first placed on one side and then on the other side below the shoulder.
